Modu-Laser Ion Laser Product Service
Modu-Laser's ion laser service department provides complete warranty and non-warranty service for all Modu-Laser products. If service to your Modu-Laser product becomes necessary, please follow the steps below:

Contact modu-Laser at (801) 983-2682 and obtain a Return Authorization number
|
|
2.

|
Download the RA Label
|
|
3.
|
|
Print the "RA Label"
|
|
4.
|
|
Fill in the required information on the "RA Label"
|
|
5.
|
|
Carefully package the device for shipment (using original box and foam if possible) to prevent damage during shipment
|
|
6.
|
|
Securely affix the "RA Label" to the shipping container
|
|
7.
|
|
Use a reputable carrier (FedEx or UPS suggested) to send the device to the address below:
