Fiber Delivery Components

The ALKT-DVD is an alignment kit (OZ Optics # START-03AF-DVD-IRVIS) to aid in the proper alignment of a Laser to Fiber Adapter. This kit comes with a multi-mode fiber to perform initial alignment. This kit also comes with an instructional DVD.

The LFA-FC-1 Laser to Fiber Adapter (OZ Optics # HPUC-23AF-400/700-P-4.5AC-1) is used to couple a Polarization Maintaining Single Mode Fiber to any Aries series laser head (standard C-Mount interface). This adapter utilizes an FC connector receptacle.

The LFA-FC-2 Laser to Fiber Adapter (OZ Optics # HPUC-23AF-400/700-P-4.5AC-2) is used to couple a Polarization Maintaining Single Mode Fiber to any Stellar series laser (disk adapter with 4 holes on 1 inch square). This adapter utilizes an FC connector receptacle.

The PC-FC-2M is a 2 meter long polarization maintaining patch cord (OZ Optics # QPMJ-3AF3AF-488-3.5/125-3-2-1) with a PVC jacket. The outside diameter (OD) of the patch cord jacket is 3mm. Both ends are terminated with FC/AFC connectors that are pre-aligned and locked on the slow axis
